We had a great stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a lovely town along the Mosel River. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even serving a special off-menu meal when we arrived late. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with separate bedrooms and a cozy TV room for the kids. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions like Cochem and Burg Eltz. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the restaurant served mouthwatering dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Located in a beautiful region near vineyards and the town center, this hotel has spacious and clean rooms with modern amenities. the staff provides excellent service, including gluten-free options for breakfast and meals at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stay and delicious food in a charming atmosphere. Free parking is available a short downhill walk away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional cuisine, especially the daily dishes and house wine. The breakfast was amazing too, with a large variety of teas, fresh fruit and bread, and delicious nuts and jams. The location on a plaza with a part of it downhill to a parking area in front of the town center was convenient for exploring this charming small German town. The staff were friendly, and the modern amenities in the spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms added to my pleasant stay.

the rooms were spacious, clean and modern in style, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is located in a beautiful area, with views of a lovely square. We also enjoyed the restaurant's traditional German menu and the selection of local wines and beers.

The hotel's parking arrangements were not very convenient, as cars have to be parked on the main road. breakfast options were somewhat limited and could have been improved.

Great quiet location near the river, with plenty of vineyards to explore. Breakfast included a variety of choices, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the free wifi and the spacious room with a comfortable bed.

No elevator, so had to climb stairs to access room. Limited parking options in the area, and had to park a bit far from hotel.
